David Dow is a retired oceanographer from NOAA Fisheries Lab in Woods Hole. He lived in Louisiana, 1978-1987, where he worked at Louisiana State University's Center for Coastal Studies and NASA's Earth Resources Laboratory. Dow is an activist with the Sierra Club. David Jewett spent 25 years in the photovoltaic industry before becoming a consultant for the development of materials for LEDs. Win Munro is a retired economist. In the early 1990’s he was an Energy Analyst with the New York State Energy Office working on, among other issues, global warming, SO2 cap and trade, and electricity regulation.
